Information we collect
When you place or track an order, we may collect your name, email address, UAE mobile number, delivery address, emirate, area, order notes, selected products, order value, payment status, and order history.
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address so your orders can be linked to your account. Google sign-in is optional.
Stripe processes payment information. We receive payment references and payment status, but we do not store your full card number or Apple Pay credentials.
How we use information
We use personal information to process payment, prepare and deliver orders, provide order tracking, send receipts and service updates, prevent fraud and misuse, answer support requests, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Transactional order emails are not marketing messages. We will not use your email for promotional marketing without your consent.
Services that process information
- Firebase and Google Authentication store order data and provide optional account sign-in.
- Stripe securely processes payments and refunds.
- Resend delivers receipts and order-status emails.
- Vercel hosts the website and its server functions.
These providers may process information outside the UAE under their own security and data-protection commitments. We disclose only the information needed for each service to perform its function.
Storage and retention
Your cart and unfinished delivery details may be stored in your browser so you can continue checkout. Order information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, provide support, resolve disputes, maintain required accounting records, and meet legal obligations. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask to access, correct, update, transfer, restrict the processing of, or delete your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. No online system is completely secure, so contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
